Over the course of 20 years, Taylor Swift has made music and continued to grow as the biggest artist in the world. Last December, she finished her iconic Eras Tour at BC Place in Vancouver. Her music and person has not only impacted the music industry but it has begun to have an effect on the sports industry as well.

Sports have been present in the world for years and as the world evolves, sports evolve along with it.  The purpose of sports in people's lives shifts depending on each individual. Some view sports as a hobby, something to do to pass their time. Others turn that hobby into a dream that could become their career if they play in the big leagues. Even those interested in working in the field without being athletes can find opportunities to be involved in sports. 

The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders (DCC) took the world by storm last summer after Netflix released a docuseries of their lives. “America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders” provided audiences with the process of auditions, training camp, and how game time performances work during the season.
