Vancouver Canadians Winning Streak Cut by the Tri-City Dust Devils

The Canadians lost 3-0 in extra innings against the Tri-City Dust Devils on Apr 24 at Nat Bailey Stadium. Both teams remained scoreless throughout the first nine innings. 

Johnny King started the game for the Canadians. He threw 57 pitches, managing to retire seven Dust Devils throughout the game. Holden Wilkerson then relieved him to start the fourth inning. He walked two and struck out three in four innings pitched.

The only scoring was provided by Randy De Jesus from the Dust Devils. Yet, Vancouver held a tight defence throughout the game to keep scoring to a minimum. 

The loss broke the C’s winning streak at five games.
