Brian White now holds second place alone on the Vancouver Whitecaps all-time scoring list across all competitions with 80. This comes after he scored his first goal of the 2026 season in a 3-0 win over Toronto FC on February 28.

On February 25, the Vancouver Whitecaps faced CS Cartaginés in leg 2 of round 1 as a part of the Concacaf Champions Cup competition. In a must win for the Whitecaps, they came out victorious.

The ‘Caps are back. On February 21, the 2026 MLS kicked off, and it saw the Vancouver Whitecaps and Real Salt Lake facing off.

After a game on the road, the Vancouver Warriors were back at Rogers Arena on February 20, to take on the three-time defending National Lacrosse League Champions, the Buffalo Bandits. 

February 16, 2026 marked the second of two games between the Abbotsford Canucks and the Ontario Reign. Abbotsford was coming off a 2-1 victory and looked to sweep the series, while Ontario looked to take the win and split the series. 

SHAYLENE TIELMANN/GATG February 14, 2026 marked the first game of the second half of the season. It was also the first of two games between the Abbotsford Canucks and the Ontario Reign. Both teams returned to the ice after a brief break for the AHL All-Star games. 

It was a Saturday night rematch between the Vancouver Warriors and Rochester Knighthawks at Rogers Arena. The two teams battled to the end and the Warriors came out victorious, hanging on to win 16-15.

February 7, 2026 marked game 2-of-2 for the Abbotsford Canucks and the San Jose Barracuda. The game the night before was evenly matched throughout the first 40 minutes. However, Abbotsford made some costly mistakes in the last 10 minutes of the game, which led to a 7-3 victory for San Jose. 

February 6, 2026 the Abbotsford Canucks faced off against the San Jose Barracuda. The last time these 2 teams met was back in November, where the Barracuda swept the series.

Football games are becoming more accessible for people who are blind or have low vision. The Seattle Seahawks were one of the few teams this season in the NFL’s OneCourt Pilot.  

January 25, 2026 marked game 2 of the series between the Abbotsford Canucks and the San Diego Gulls. Abbotsford took game 1 with a 3-1 victory and looked for the series sweep.

January 24, 2026 the Abbotsford Canucks faced off against the San Diego Gulls. These 2 teams matched up last weekend where they split the series. Both teams looked for the sweep this time around. 

January 21, 2026 marked the second game between the Abbotsford Canucks and the Laval Rockets. Abbotsford looked to split the series, while Laval looked for a sweep.  It was also Hockey is for Everyone night at Rogers Forum. The night highlighted that people no matter their race, age, gender, sexual orientation, or abilities are welcome in the world of hockey. 

January 20, 2026 the Abbotsford Canucks faced off against the Laval Rockets for their first matchup of the season.  Abbotsford returned home after a 3 game road trip where they played 2 games against the San Diego Gulls, and 1 game against the Coachella Valley Firebirds. Abbotsford secured 1 regulation win against the Gulls, but fell in the final 2 road games. 

After back-to-back road wins, the Vancouver Warriors were back in action at Rogers Arena on January 16. Despite their best efforts, including a couple of comebacks, the Warriors fell short, losing to the San Diego Seals 11-9.

January 11, 2026 the Abbotsford Canucks faced off against the Calgary Wranglers for their second of 2 games. Abbotsford secured their first win of the new year after the game went to shootout, and looked to continue the streak. 

January 10, 2025 the Abbotsford Canucks faced off against the Calgary Wranglers, for their first match up of the new year. The last time these 2 teams played each other, they split the series with overtime games both nights.

January 7, 2026 marked the Abbotsford Canucks fifth annual Hockey Talks night. The night focused on breaking the stigma around mental health in the world of hockey. 1 in 5 Canadians will face some form of mental illness within the year, while 1 in 3 Canadians will have some form of mental health crisis in their lifetime.  

The Vancouver Warriors have won just under a quarter of their face-offs since the start of the 2025-26 NLL season. They have won a total of 16 out of 67 face-offs, a 24% win rate. 

January 6, 2026 marked the Abbotsford Canucks first home game of the new year. Abbotsford faced off against the Bakersfield Condors for their first matchup of the season.  Abbotsford returned to Rogers Forum after a 4 game road trip, where they played the Coachella Valley Firebirds, San Diego Gulls, and played 2 games against the Manitoba Moose, where they split the series.
